The Vista HOA Dues & MembershipThe Vista’s HOA, one of the only voluntary HOA’s in Lone Tree,
was formed initially to serve the needs of the subdivision for joint maintenance of shared facilities, to protect and enhance our property values, and to encourage the sense of community within our neighborhood boundaries. Over the years the Vista HOA has installed and enhanced landscape improvements at both our entries, pays to maintain and repair them over time, as well as to freshen them up each year. We have procured and installed holiday decorations to brighten the season and paid the ongoing utility bills for both the holiday and normal lighting of your entryway signage. The HOA also administers the Architectural Review Committee to ensure the continued high standards of the Vista and protect each of our investments in our homes. In the interest of sustaining our HOA for the long term, we want to present the reality of our financial situation to our homeowners. The pie chart above shows, how our HOA funds were apportioned the last 12 months. Although dues are voluntary, we cannot maintain our entrances (lighting and landscaping) or plan community events without your support. We are keeping annual dues the same to ensure minimal impact to your pocketbook. By comparison, Ridgeview, our neighbor, has annual dues of $350+, so we feel confident we continue to manage costs very well for our HOA. While our dues are voluntary, we need support from every single homeowner to keep the Vista going. Please help us continue to make the Vista an attractive, well-maintained neighborhood!
